Money-Back Guarantee Policy

RemoteJobsAgent ("we", "us", or "our") provides a platform for job discovery, matching, and application support.
This Money-Back Guarantee Policy ("Policy") explains the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. In case of conflict, applicable law and mandatory consumer rights prevail.
Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record providers, who act as the seller of record for transactions.
This means that:
- payments are charged by the Merchant of Record
- invoices are issued by the Merchant of Record
- refunds are processed through the Merchant of Record systems
While we define the conditions of this Money-Back Guarantee Policy, the actual processing of refunds may be subject to the Merchant of Record's procedures and policies.
You may request a refund under this Policy only if all of the following conditions are met:
1.1 Timeframe
- Your request is submitted within 30 days of your initial purchase
- Your subscription is still active at the time of the request
1.2 Active Use Requirement
You must have actively used the Platform:
- for at least 14 consecutive days within the first 30 days (monthly or longer plans); or
- for at least 4 consecutive days within the first 7 days (weekly or biweekly plans)
1.3 Demonstration of Platform Usage
To qualify, you must demonstrate meaningful use of the Platform as intended.
This includes applying to at least:
- 100 jobs over at least 14 consecutive days (monthly or longer plans); or
- 50 jobs over at least 4 consecutive days (weekly or biweekly plans)
Proof may include:
- screenshots from the Platform
- activity logs or other verifiable evidence
We may also verify usage using internal system data, including application activity and interaction logs.
1.4 Review Process
- Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
- We may request additional information to verify eligibility
- You will be notified of the outcome via email
Your account is identified by your email address.
To process a refund request:
- the email used for payment should match your account email where possible
If different email addresses were used:
- we may request additional verification
- processing may be delayed until verification is complete
- requests may be declined if ownership cannot be reasonably confirmed
We are not responsible for delays caused by mismatched or unverifiable account information.
Eligibility under this Policy depends strictly on meeting the conditions described above.
This Money-Back Guarantee:
- does not apply to dissatisfaction alone
- does not apply if usage requirements are not met
Unless required by applicable law:
- payments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
- refunds are granted only under this Policy
We may, at our sole discretion, grant exceptions in individual cases.
This Policy constitutes a limited exception to the general no-refund rule described in the Terms of Service.
- subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- canceling a subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund
- you remain responsible for charges incurred prior to cancellation
6.1 United States
Residents of certain U.S. states (e.g., California, Connecticut) may have additional cancellation rights under applicable law.
6.2 European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, Switzerland
If you are a consumer in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal.
By purchasing and accessing the Platform immediately, you:
- expressly request immediate performance of the service
- acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed
If you withdraw after the service has begun but before full performance, you may be required to pay for the portion already provided, as permitted by law.

Requests should be submitted from the email associated with your account where possible.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected:
- abuse of this Policy
- fraudulent activity
- manipulation of usage requirements or Platform behavior
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date.
If this Policy is translated into other languages, the English version shall prevail in case of discrepancies.
